Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026We never sell your data

Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain language, what information Kaywen collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.

01Section 1 – What we do with your information

When you buy from Kaywen, we collect the personal information you give us during checkout, such as your name, billing address, email address and phone number (if provided). We use it to process your order and email you your licence key, download link and setup guide.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your device's IP address and basic technical details (browser and operating system). This helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

03Section 3 – Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or if you violate our Terms & Conditions. We do not sell your personal information.

04Section 4 – Payment

Payments on Kaywen are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe's secure payment fields and sent directly to Stripe, so Kaywen never sees or stores your full card number.

Stripe follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), the security standard managed by the PCI Security Standards Council and supported by brands such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can read how Stripe handles data in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

05Section 5 – Third-party services

In general, the third-party providers we use only collect, use and disclose your information as far as needed to provide their services to us, such as payment processing, website hosting and sending order emails.

Some providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies for the information we must give them to complete your purchase. We recommend reading those policies so you understand how they handle your personal information.

Some providers may be located in, or have facilities in, a different country from you or us. If you complete a transaction that uses one of these providers, your information may become subject to the laws of the country where that provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer covered by this Privacy Policy or our Terms & Conditions.

Links: when you click links on our store, such as official software download pages, they may take you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

06Section 6 – Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately.

Our whole website runs over an encrypted HTTPS (SSL/TLS) connection, and payment details are handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

07Section 7 – Cookies

Here are the main cookies our store uses, so you can decide whether to block them in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working.

09Section 9 – Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. If we make significant changes, we will note on this page that the policy has been updated, so you know what information we collect, how we use it and when, if ever, we use or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to serve you.
