Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Kaywen uses cookies and similar technologies on kaywen.com, what each one does, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
01What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages and visits, such as the items in your cart or whether you are signed in.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and small scripts. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
- First-party cookies are set by kaywen.com.
- Third-party cookies are set by services we use, such as our payment provider.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
02How we use cookies
- Strictly necessary: needed for the store to work: adding products to your cart, checking out, paying securely and signing in to your account. The site cannot work properly without them.
- Functional: remember your choices, such as recently viewed products and display preferences.
- Analytics: help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use our store so we can improve it.
We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

04Third-party services
Some cookies are set by trusted providers that help us run the store. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention. Your card details are entered into Stripe's secure fields and are never stored on our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Automattic (WooCommerce & Jetpack): store functionality and anonymous site statistics. Automattic Privacy Policy
- Hostinger: website hosting, performance and caching. Hostinger Privacy Policy
Links to other websites (for example Microsoft or Google Maps) are governed by those websites' own cookie policies once you leave kaywen.com.
05Advertising & tracking
At the moment kaywen.com does not use advertising or remarketing cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party advertising networks.
06Managing your cookies
You can accept, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:
Please note: if you block strictly necessary cookies, your cart, checkout and account may not work, and you may not be able to complete an order.
07Do Not Track & privacy signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, our site does not currently change its behaviour when it receives a DNT signal.
Where applicable law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As explained above, we do not sell personal information or use advertising cookies.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the tools we use or when the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Please check this page from time to time.
