FAQ
How can we help?
Answers to the questions we hear most about ordering, activation, licences and payments.
Ordering & delivery
How do I receive my licence after I order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we send your licence key, a download link and a setup guide to the email address you entered at checkout. You can also find your order in My account.
I haven't received my email. What should I do?
First check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it isn't there, make sure the email address on your order is correct, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
Do you ship physical boxes or DVDs?
No. Every product is delivered digitally by email, so there is nothing to ship and no delivery fee.
Do I need an account to buy?
You can check out with just your email address. Creating an account lets you see your orders and download links in one place.
Activation & installation
How do I install and activate my product?
Follow the step-by-step guide sent with your order, or read our How to activate your product page. Most products are activated by entering the licence key during or after installation.
Where do I download the software?
Your order email includes a download link for the right version. You can also use the official installers listed on our Downloads page.
My key isn't activating. What can I try?
Check your internet connection, make sure the key is typed exactly as sent, and confirm that the installed edition matches the edition you bought (for example Pro vs Home). If it still fails, write to us with a screenshot of the error and we will help.
Can I install the product on more than one device?
It depends on the licence. The product page states the device count, for example 1 PC or 5 PCs. A single-device licence is meant for one computer at a time.
Licences & editions
What is the difference between Office and Microsoft 365?
Office (for example Office 2024) is a one-time purchase for a specific version. Microsoft 365 is a subscription that includes the latest apps and online services for as long as it stays active.
Which Windows edition do I need?
Home is designed for personal use. Pro adds business features such as BitLocker, Remote Desktop hosting and joining a company domain. Not sure? Our licensing guide compares them.
What do Retail, OEM and Volume mean?
These are different licence types. Retail licences are bought by end users, OEM licences are linked to a specific device, and Volume licences are used by organisations. Each product page states which type applies.
Do I need CALs for Windows Server?
Usually yes. Besides the server licence, each user or device that connects to the server generally needs a CAL, and Remote Desktop users need RDS CALs as well.
Payments & refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card, and with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link when your device supports them. Available options are shown at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and card payments are processed by our payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for digital licences follow our Refund & Returns policy. Please read it before you order, and contact us if something is wrong with your purchase.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. Your order confirmation email works as a receipt. If you need an invoice with business details, contact us with your order number.
